!! When I decided to put my martial property on the market in August , I gave Karla a call. She was the original listing agent back in 2019 and I figured it would be easier to have someone who already knew the home. I made the right decision. Karla has been there every step of the way, she was confident about her numbers (I wasn’t) and the house sold for what she said it would. Once the house sold, 30 days later, Karla went another round of above and beyond and got me into contract in a beautiful townhouse in a great area. I’m set to close soon. I purchased land near Vineland and Karla was with me every step of the way. Some things I loved in particular - her deep knowledge of the area, of real estate inventory, other players like municipalities and engineers etc; her prompt communication!! Never had to wait long and never expected replies right away... felt like a good balance; and her shrewdness, I felt really good about her instincts given there were a LOT of nuances in my situation and different calls we could make throughout. Finally and not the least of which, Karla is personable and present. Definitely recommend and hope we can work together again.
