Some things I loved in particular - her deep knowledge of the area, of real estate inventory, other players like municipalities and engineers etc; her prompt communication!! Never had to wait long and never expected replies right away... felt like a good balance; and her shrewdness, I felt really good about her instincts given there were a LOT of nuances in my situation and different calls we could make throughout. Finally and not the least of which, Karla is personable and present. Definitely recommend and hope we can work together again.

Pam is amazing and the only realtor I will ever use! She made the stressful process of buying a house so easy and she absorbed a lot of the burden from us and kept us as stress free as possible. She reassured me and has remained available even after we closed for any questions Ive had. There was alot of things we needed to negotiate with the purchase of our new home and while it was definitely a roller coaster ride she held our hands through the whole process and honestly if we didn’t have her I’d probably of lost my mind with all the things we had to do to close. Karla was absolutely nothing but amazing to work with !!! When I decided to put my martial property on the market in August , I gave Karla a call. She was the original listing agent back in 2019 and I figured it would be easier to have someone who already knew the home. I made the right decision. Karla has been there every step of the way, she was confident about her numbers (I wasn’t) and the house sold for what she said it would. Once the house sold, 30 days later, Karla went another round of above and beyond and got me into contract in a beautiful townhouse in a great area. I’m set to close soon. Every time, I felt discouraged she was always there to lift me up. I know I wasn’t her only client but every interaction we had she always made me feel I was the only one. She understood my wants and needs and she delivered. I couldn’t had asked for a better agent, I’m so grateful she was there for me when she didn’t have too. It was really a pleasure to work with Karla. She was always responsive and trustworthy which is very important in these types of transactions. It felt like my best interests were considered throughout the entire journey and the journey was long. It was great to work with her. If you get the chance to work with her, you will have the same wonderful experience. Other things that helped is she followed up on things promptly. She provided insight from her experience on decisions I had to make to move things along. She has a personality that felt authentic, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our process started looking at a house not far from the purchased property. We kept in contact and found this opportunity and decided to push forward with it. As bad as the lender was, Karla kept her composure. There were instances where I thought the transaction would fall through but everything worked out. She scheduled several tours with minimal lead time and that was a great thing because we needed to have a offer in for our house within a week of finding it online. She then guided us through the purchase process, emphasizing the items we really needed to take care of, but most importantly reminded us of deadlines we needed to meet! We plan to refer our son to her soon!
