Karla is a Broker/REALTOR and has been in business since 2007. With a background in teaching and education, Karla believes teaching her clients about each individual real estate transaction has been the key to growing her business. Her clients often return to her to sell a property they purchased with her years ago. She has a reputation for tirelessly protecting her clients' interests. Karla epitomizes integrity, hard work, determination, and creativity during every real estate transaction.

A South Jersey native, Karla takes pride in her community knowledge and expertise throughout many towns and communities in Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland, Atlantic and Salem counties. Karla has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, renters, and banks in both the residential and commercial market. She is passionate about solving problems and will work hard to find the solution that best fits each and every client, even for the most exacting buyer or seller.

She is enthusiastic about home staging and listing preparation and works with sellers to best showcase their property to prospective buyers.

In addition to her career in real estate, Karla works with babies and toddlers with exceptionalities and teaches developmental reading at a local community college. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, exercising, gardening, and spending time with her children.

She is a member of her local, state and national Realtor's associations.
